1. Acceptance
PeptidesToGo (the "Site") is operated by Vortex Vita LLC ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
2. Who can use the Site
The Site is intended for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using it you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. What PeptidesToGo is — and isn't
The Site is an informational and comparison service that helps you learn about peptide therapy and find and compare third-party providers. We do not practice medicine, provide healthcare, prescribe, or dispense any medication, and nothing on the Site is medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.
4. Third-party providers and links
The Site links to and compares third-party clinics, pharmacies, and other providers we don't control. We are not responsible for their products, services, content, pricing, or conduct. Any transaction or relationship you enter with a provider is solely between you and that provider, under their own terms. Listing a provider is not an endorsement or a guarantee.
5. Affiliate relationships
We do not currently have affiliate relationships with providers listed on the Site, and we do not earn commissions from connections you make. If we introduce them, they will be disclosed and clearly labeled, and will not change the informational nature of the Site.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including: violating any law; scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading content except as permitted; interfering with or disrupting the Site; attempting to gain unauthorized access; or using the Site to transmit harmful code. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (text, design, logos, tools, and compilations) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Your submissions
If you submit information (for example, an email address or a quiz response), you confirm it's accurate and that you have the right to provide it, and you grant us the rights described in our Privacy Policy to process it.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and everything on it — content, tools, calculators, and provider information — is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current. PeptidesToGo is informational only and is not medical care; nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional medical advice — see our Medical Disclaimer. Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidesToGo and its operators, owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Because the Site is informational and you transact directly with third-party providers, we are not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of those providers. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptidesToGo and its operators, owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@peptidestogo.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court — except that either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Arbitration will take place in Texas or as the parties otherwise agree, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action; if this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this section still applies. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@peptidestogo.com with your name and a statement that you opt out.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
