One seller carries it and publishes no price, which means the page for it has shown a name and an empty cell since it launched. Live Vital’s $166 a month is the first number that column has had. It comes with a caveat large enough to state twice: there is no strength against it. A seller who prices by the milligram lists tesamorelin at $100 for a 15mg vial. Whether $166 a month is better or worse than that is not a question the site lets you answer. ## Ten weeks, billed monthly Their pricing page gives a range — $99 to $299 a month — and a protocol length of ten weeks. Those two facts do not divide into each other. Two monthly payments cover about eight and a half weeks of a ten-week course; a third overshoots it. It is an unanswered question, and it is the one worth asking first. ## One half of the supply chain Dr. Patrick Taylor, MD, is named as the physician behind the protocols — family medicine and longevity, Salt Lake City. That is more than most sellers here offer. The pharmacy is not named at all: “a licensed US compounding pharmacy.” Which matters more than it sounds, because the site also claims all fifty states, and it is the pharmacy’s non-resident licence that decides whether a compounded prescription can cross a state line. The clinician half of that claim is checkable in principle. Ten weeks is not two months and it is not three, so the monthly figure is a billing period rather than a course length. What happens at week eleven — whether the rate continues, renews or ends — is not published. **2. Ask for the strength, because the site does not carry it** Not one protocol publishes a vial size or a concentration. Tesamorelin at $166 a month is a real figure and it does not tell you how much tesamorelin you get for it. That is the single question to put to them before ordering. **3.
