Every telehealth site in this catalogue stands in front of a compounding pharmacy. Most will not tell you which one. Lavender Sky names fourteen, prices each separately, and lets the patient pick. ## The price list is the product Their pricing page does something no competitor’s does. Instead of one figure per compound, it lists the compound once per pharmacy: Sermorelin, 15mg — $199 from Red Rock, $215 from Southend, $275 from Strive, $280 from Hallandale. That is a 41 per cent spread on the same strength of sermorelin and a 70 per cent spread on NAD+, published rather than hidden behind an averaged number. Their FAQ says you may choose among the partners available in your state. Two things follow. The reader can see, for once, that the pharmacy is a real variable and not an implementation detail. And the company cannot quietly re-route a prescription to a dearer filler without the price list showing it. ## What it does not tell you: how long any of it lasts No dosing frequency is published for any wellness product. Not on the pricing page, not on the sermorelin page, not on the NAD+ or glutathione pages. So a 15mg vial at $199 cannot be turned into a monthly cost from anything they publish, and we have not tried. No medical group. No professional corporation. No medical director. No named clinician anywhere on the about page, the FAQ, the contact page or the terms. The nearest thing is a careers listing saying provider hires need at least three active state licences. The published address is a mailbox suite in Charleston, appearing on the terms page and nowhere else. Neither is disqualifying — several operators in this catalogue name a prescriber and hide the pharmacy, which is the same hole in the other wall. But it is the thing to weigh, and it is why the editorial verdict on this company is a separate question from the price list, which is excellent.
