No state list and no exclusion list anywhere on the site, and their own B12 page contradicts the badge by excluding California. The about page makes no state claim at all: it says only that they are "a medical clinic based in Washington state". Invigor Medical has been operating out of Kennewick, Washington since 2018 and sells one of the broadest compounded catalogues in this set — 26 plans covering peptides, testosterone, sexual health, hair and metabolic care. It answers the question most of this market dodges, and dodges the one most of the market answers. ## Five pharmacies, named on a page of their own Strive. Tailor Made. Belmar Pharma Solutions. Olympia. GoGoMeds. They are listed under “Partnered Pharmacies”, repeated on the about page, and the terms narrow actual fulfilment to two of them with a note that prescriptions may transfer between them. For a category where the standard disclosure is “a licensed U.S. pharmacy”, that is a real answer. The medical group is named too — Dr Telx LLC — along with LabCorp and Quest for labs. What is not published is which pharmacy makes which drug, or any 503A/503B designation, licence number or state for any of the five. And the medical director appears throughout as “Dr. Hamilton”, with no first name, no credentials, no licence and no bio page. ## Flat prices, and nothing to attach them to The price list is unusually easy to read. Oral NAD+ is $209 a month. PT-141 is $280. Oxytocin is $220, or $135 as a nasal spray. Almost everything states that the doctor consult and supplies are included, and no membership or consultation fee is advertised anywhere on the site. Then you go looking for what a month contains, and there is nothing there. We checked the PT-141, NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione plan pages specifically. No milligrams. No millilitres. No vial count, no dose schedule, no days of supply. Trimix is the one item priced explicitly per vial, and that page does not say how big the vial is either. This is not a gap in our reading; it is a site-wide omission. The practical effect is that these prices cannot be compared with anyone else’s. Strut Health’s $119 sermorelin buys a 9mg vial at 2.5 mg/ml. AgelessRx’s $149 NAD+ buys 500mg at 200 mg/ml. Invigor’s $220 sermorelin buys sermorelin. ## Half the list is “starting at” GLP-1 from $225. GLP-1 + GIP from $350. Sermorelin from $220. Testosterone from $125. Micro-dose GLP-1 from $149. No dose-tier table exists anywhere to say what moves a figure off its floor, so what the therapy costs at a therapeutic dose is not knowable from the site. Two further inconsistencies are worth flagging: the sermorelin page headlines $220 while its own meta description says $285, and glutathione injections are rendered “$155 per injection” on one page and “$155 per month” on two others. Per injection and per month are not the same product. ## The GLP-1s have no name There is no semaglutide on this site and no tirzepatide. There is “GLP-1 Treatments” and “GLP-1 + GIP Treatments”, and a site-wide disclosure that Invigor does not supply FDA-approved branded medications and may prescribe compounded alternatives. GIP alongside GLP-1 describes how tirzepatide works. It is still not a drug name, and we are not going to convert a mechanism into one on the seller’s behalf. So this catalogue does not list Invigor as a seller of semaglutide or tirzepatide, and files no price against either — not because we doubt what is in the vial, but because the company has not said. One last thing to carry into any comparison: the homepage advertises “35,000+ Happy Customers”, “1,000+ 5-Star Reviews” and a “4.7 Average Rating”, none of them sourced. The Trustpilot profile, on the domain that now redirects here, reads 4.4 across 1,783 reviews. The real figure is better than the one they claim on volume and slightly worse on score, which is an odd thing to get wrong in both directions. The brand and the operator are the same; only the address moved. Their terms of service still describe the platform as operating at InvigorMedical.com, which is worth knowing if the two names appear to disagree. **2. Read the offers page, not the product pages** One page carries the whole price list in one place and it matches the individual product pages. That is the fastest way to see what everything costs, and to see how much of the catalogue is priced 'starting at' rather than at a figure. **3. Ask what a month actually contains** No milligram strength, vial volume, dose count or supply duration is published for any product on the site. A price of $280 a month for PT-141 tells you the billing and nothing about the quantity. This is the question to put to them before you order. **4. Confirm shipping and labs at checkout** Almost every product is described as including the doctor consult and supplies, and the site says there are no hidden fees. Their refund policy separately says you agree to pay shipping and handling charges shown at purchase, and lab testing is referenced as applicable with no price. Neither is quantified before checkout. ## Who this fits, and who it does not ### A fit if - You want to know which pharmacies are behind the front end.
