# Defy Medical pricing: a real peptide price list, published where nobody will find it

Defy prints per-vial prices for sermorelin and PT-141 and names the compounding pharmacy filling each one — the only provider here that does. Both live in blog posts. Every service page shows no figure at all.

Defy Medical has been running since around 2011, out of a real clinic in Tampa with thirteen named prescribers and an IV lounge that takes walk-ins. In a market where most competitors are storefronts a few months old with no address, that is the first thing worth saying about it.

The second is that its pricing is published to two completely different standards depending on which page you land on.

## The price list exists, and the navigation hides it

Follow the site’s own menu to peptide therapy and you get a page that names exactly one compound and carries no figures. Follow it to TRT, to semaglutide, to tirzepatide, to the lab panels — same thing. A visitor using the site as designed would conclude that nothing here is priced.

Two blog posts say otherwise. A sermorelin patient handout carries thirteen SKUs with prices from $110 to $195, split by strength and by dose form. A PT-141 article carries the vial price, the concentration and the shipping requirement. These are complete, specific, and better than what most of this market publishes anywhere.

They are also not linked from the pages a buyer would read. We are not going to speculate about why; the practical consequence is that the price list is real and you have to know it exists to find it.

## They name the pharmacy — and nobody else does

The sermorelin table carries a code on every SKU: `616-emp6` is Empower, `4129-hal1.5` is Hallandale, `1484-ana` is Anazao, `616-aps-2` is APS. The PT-141 row names three of them against one product.

This is the single hardest fact to obtain about any telehealth provider, and the reason is straightforward — the front end is a website, and the drug is made somewhere else entirely. Most sites in this catalogue say “a licensed U.S. pharmacy” and stop. Defy prints which one, and prices the same vial differently depending on the answer.

It is worth noting that their own terms and help pages decline to name pharmacies, describing “a network of high-quality Pharmacy Vendors” in the abstract. The price tables contradict that, in the customer’s favour.

## Per vial, not per month, and we are not going to convert it

Every peptide figure here buys one vial or one strip of tablets. Their handout doses sermorelin at 500 to 1,000 mcg at night — a two-fold range — so a 6mg vial lasts between six and twelve days, and a monthly cost depends entirely on which end you are prescribed.

We could pick a dose and print a monthly figure. We are not going to, because choosing the dose is a clinical decision and printing the result would make it look like a fact about the price rather than a guess we made. The vials are listed here at what they cost; the arithmetic is yours once a prescriber tells you the dose.

The same discipline cuts the other way on what is missing. The consultation is required and unpriced. The blood work and recent physical are required and unpriced. Nine lab panels are listed with no figures. So the vial price is honest and it is also not the bill.

## How to start

**1. Do not read the service pages for prices**

The peptide therapy, TRT, semaglutide and tirzepatide pages carry no dollar figures whatsoever, and the peptide page names only one compound. The actual price tables are in two patient-handout blog posts — one for sermorelin, one for PT-141 — which the site's own navigation does not lead to.

**2. Read the vial price as a vial price**

Sermorelin is $110 for 6mg and $165 for 15mg. That is one vial, not one month. Their handout dose is 500 to 1,000 mcg at night, so a 6mg vial lasts somewhere between six and twelve days depending on where in that range you land. Work out your own monthly cost from the dose you are actually prescribed.

**3. Budget for the intake, which is not priced anywhere**

New patients need blood testing, a recent physical and a consultation before anything is prescribed. Their lab page lists nine panels and prices none of them, and the advice-only consultation carries no figure either. The only bundled number on the whole site is TRT at under $175 a month for the first year.

**4. Ask which pharmacy, because it changes the price and the shipping**

The same 15mg sermorelin vial is $165 from Empower or Hallandale and $195 from Anazao. Their PT-141 table adds that Hallandale requires overnight shipping with an ice pack. This is the one place in this market where you can see that variation before you order.

## Who this fits, and who it does not

### A fit if

- You want to know which pharmacy compounds your prescription. Defy names Empower, Hallandale, APS and Anazao against individual products, with a pharmacy code on every SKU.
- You want a wide peptide menu from one prescriber: twelve compounds are listed as offered, including tesamorelin, which almost nobody in this market sells.
- You want a named clinician rather than an unnamed network. Thirteen prescribers are published with credentials, led by a medical director.
- You want to buy a vial rather than enter a subscription. Peptides here are priced per vial or per tablet, and the site states there are no subscriptions or contracts.
- You are near Tampa and would rather be seen in person. There is a physical clinic with an IV lounge, and it accepts walk-ins.

### Look elsewhere if

- You want to know your total cost before committing. The consultation, the physical and the lab panels are all required and none of them is priced on any page.
- You want a monthly figure you can compare against other providers. Peptides here are priced per vial, and converting one requires fixing a dose their own handout gives as a two-fold range.
- You want a price for the compound you came for. Only sermorelin and PT-141 are priced publicly; tesamorelin, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, BPC-157, NAD+ and the GLP-1s are not.
- You need to know whether they operate in your state. The site says telemedicine in most states and publishes neither a list nor an exclusion.
- You want discounts or insurance. Their PT-141 page states they cannot apply any discount to peptides, and the site states it does not accept insurance.

### Why are the same peptide vials different prices?

Because the pharmacy differs. A 15mg sermorelin vial is $165 from Empower or Hallandale and $195 from Anazao; a 9mg vial is $130 from two of them and $135 from a third. Defy publishes the pharmacy code beside each SKU, so the variation is visible rather than averaged away. No other provider in this catalogue publishes that at all.

### Is a $110 vial cheaper than a $110 month elsewhere?

Not comparable, and that is the point. Their handout doses sermorelin at 500 to 1,000 mcg at night, so a 6mg vial runs six to twelve days. A provider charging $119 a month for a 9mg vial is selling a month; Defy is selling a vial. Which is cheaper depends entirely on the dose you are prescribed, which is why we publish no monthly figure for them.

### What does the consultation cost?

It is not published. Neither is the lab panel, and new patients need blood testing and a recent physical before a prescription. The only inclusive figure anywhere on the site is testosterone therapy at under $175 a month for the first year — and that page adds that pricing changes after year one, without saying to what.

### Do they still sell the peptides that ran into FDA trouble?

Their February 2026 article lists BPC-157, TB-500, epithalon, MOTS-C, IGF-1 LR3 and kisspeptin among what they offer, and no page anywhere on the site announces a withdrawal or mentions those compounds' bulk-substances status. Whether a pharmacy will actually fill any given one is a question for the consultation.
